Maritri to reissue classic solo album "Enter Redemption"

Originally released in 2007, "Enter Redemption" was an important release for Maritri that compiled the best of her writing before becoming a the leader of the Soulfolk Experience. "My keyboardist and then-musical director Andrae Alexander pretty much locked me in a room for a weekend and forced me to complete it along with him. Sometimes you need a friend to help push you to your best. The work speaks for itself." The album contains songs that have become staples in her repertoire, here showcased in a delicately rendered acoustic form. Songs such as "No Regrets" and "Stay" appear movingly unvarnished in their original state, while her newest acoustic single "Wilderness" provides a seamless bridge from that time to the present. The album has always been available in CD form but was never available digitally. In response to fans the album will be available on CD and streaming services on March 24, 2018.
